Only a modest Sainsbury store in Tenby, appears to be well stocked for the size. Prices are rather high, although this is relative, as the shoppers appear to be primarily the affluent retirees that populate the coastal area around Tenby and neighbouring locations. The staff generally seem to be friendly, motivated and very service oriented. I spent £125 in Nectar points and left with 2 shopping bags of goods, a sum which would have filled my car to capacity at some other supermarkets.
A good store, big enough to do your weekly shop there, however does get very busy in the holiday seasons and therefore runs out of stock occasionally. There are usually no queues to pay as there are self service checkouts as well as the usual served checkouts. Would recommend this supermarket for your weekly shop
Have to pay to park, but only £1. Lovely clean shop. Lots of choice and helpful checkout
All the staff in this Sainsburys store are absolutely fantastic Next to the multi storey car park best store in n the tenby area.
Nice big store with plenty of choice. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Well spaced isles.
Good selection, increase in price of wine not good though.
A very tired looking run down building. It's quite a small Sainsburys too so selection is limited. I'm sure Tenby could support a bigger, more modern shop on the outskirts. There's a Tesco extra but it's 1/2 an hour away
Good choice of food etc. Multi storey car park with a few free parking spaces for 20minute stays
Sainsburys now competitive with ever-increasing prices at morrisons and elsewhere, who knew pays to shop around a bit if b you have the time or the petrol money to find the best deals on gold bullion, sorry I meant lurpak.
Handy shop but always dreadfully understaffed. One person regularly have to man the kiosk and self checkouts leading to delays.
