I ordered my Christmas shop in November to click and collect on December 22nd. As I'd ordered a number of items that were available online, I was annoyed that over half weren't available when I collected my order. What was even more irritating was that I'd noticed that some of my ordered items had been available in the store days before. So my items that I'd ordered had not been reserved for me but just put out on the shelves. Well Aldi won't be getting my Christmas order next year.
My local aldi is brilliant... Friendly and helpful staff. Save a fortune shopping here and most tinned good equal quality of the top brands. What's not to like?
I called to this store today 28/10/2022. to do a small shop & was impressed with this spacious well stocked store. This aside, I’m more impressed with the staff, I’m partially sighted & often ask for help finding items.. each time I have been dealt with quickly, efficiently & with a smile.. this nothing is too much attitude, makes for a pleasant experience.. well done
Went on a Saturday afternoon for some essentials. Surprisingly not too busy and plenty of stock, with staff busily stocking shelves and clearing packaging. Three checkouts open so no queues. Quick & easy visit.
A great shop. You know what you're going to get with Aldi and that includes the ridiculously long queues..... that's the worst thing about these stores. There never seems to be enough staff on. They scan like ninja's. A member of staff confirmed they have to scan a certain number of products within a certain time frame. Great choice of products though and good prices
Good aldi with everything you need, queues were long though. It also has a cash machine with no fee
Shelving wide apart, but a lot unreachable.staff are kind and helpful, and respect my hearing is not good. If you ask they will help. Parking can be a bit of a claimer, but as different entrances for arrive and exit not terrible. Prices can be high for some things but generally its great value.
Been shopping in same place for years the staff are lovely overworked in my opinion today I lost my phone and and the staff handed it back to me I'm so lucky it was handed in because I'm quite ill with my diabetes and neuropathy nerve damage they are so lovely and helpful the polish lady is extremely friendly and lovely every time the manager I think he was he had a blue shirt and short brown hair but honestly you have the greatest staff going all of them what a team that phone is my life line I'm on heart attack and stroke injections lots of meds and can forget at times. My phone is linked directly to my diabetic nurse who can see all my data I can't thank you enough I think your all wonderful thank you so much
Very dirty, staff not helpful or particularly friendly. Very disappointed as my usual Aldi is lovely, clean and amazing staff.
Fresh fruit? None. Sea salt chocolate? Ravaged. Vegan options? Underwhelming. Price? Great as always. Overall, price good, selection bad. Don't know why we went here when Tesco was literally up the road. Oh well, we know now and so do you
