I don't normally stop to review big supermarkets but I wanted to say I dealt with a member of staff today - Ryan who was very polite and helpful. We need more people like you!! People that are kind and go out of their way to help can really change peoples days … thank you.
A member of staff, Oscar, provided me with outstanding service in the Argos section. Nothing was too much trouble. He was patient, polite and knowledgeable. I was seriously impressed!
A really well stocked shop and friendly staff.. however no main line till open which is utterly pathetic for a shop that size, shopping with a small child is too hard. Also wouldn't change money so I could get a trolley. Terrible shopping experience from my go to supermarket brand.
I have genuinely never experienced such poor service in my life, I went in earlier today to do my usual food shop however when I went over to the lady working on the till with the vapes to pay I was told “go self checkout dickhead” when I asked the lady for her name I was told to “f off” I’m on holiday and I just wanted some food for my Holliday home however I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything from there after the absolutes joke of customer service that was shown.
Grotty, the area around the fruit and veg needed a good clean. When I visited there were lot of empty or near empty. There is free parking but also warning signs so I wouldn't advise parking there if you intend to head off elsewhere. This is the second branch of Sainsbury's I've found to be low par in the last week
