The help and advise was fantastic,this guy knows his product,can lead you through what you need, the strength,the product. I had no knowledge,or understanding of how this product worked,just that I really needed to stop smoking, no ifs no buts,I knew the other type of e cigs were useless, He is totally informed, he is happy to pass on his knowledge, It is with out doubt the best I have bought, but his information was what helped me to succeed, Yes you can try b4 you buy,any questions he will know the answer,repeat customers, yes so he must be good. Yes have not smoked since my first lesson on vaping,yes it does have ce mark,, Sorry do not know his name,but his knowledge will tell you its him.,
