Maybe I went at the wrong time, but twice on a Saturday afternoon there were practically no fresh vegetables left and there were a lot of frustrated shoppers. If this happens a lot, then it suggests there is a problem with their restocking.nnThe supermarket is in a convenient location and has a large covered car park.nnIt is particularly notable for having a good range of Eastern European, Chinese, Korean and Japanese branded food in store, presumably for the student population.

V helpful assistant on the self scan checkouts. It's been a while since I visited this store and I was a bit fazed but she was v patient.nnThe wall of noise that greets you when you enter from the car park towards the travelators is horrendous, especially if you wear hearing aids as I do or are noise-sensitive. I very nearly turned back.

Just returned from doing my Christmas shopping with two kids; the shop assistants couldn’t have been more helpful, and cheerful-it really made the whole shop a lot easier! Plus- they were giving out free chocolates!

Thank you very much to the lady who was dealing with the toy section. You had a toy sale and you didn't have the monster jam item on the shop floor so I showed her a photo of the item and she went to look. A few minutes  later she was back with the item which was right at the back of the stock room. I know we will have a very happy grandson thank you

Disabled toilets have a code lock on them that has been installed way high out of reach for the average wheelchair user. I'm not sure why they've made it so disabled people are forced to find an employee to open the door for them, some disabilities include bladder and bowel issues so this could cause accidents. Even when i had used the toilet, i struggled to open the high up handle to exit. I had to call my friend to open the code handle from the outside.
