Well laid out store. Very busy most of the time. Plenty of checkouts. Good Verity of produce but sometimes not the cheapest. Upstairs cafe restaurant large with a comfortable seating area. Newspapers available to read. I'm lucky to have a brand new store so close to where I live. They do have a couple of mobility scooters for those who have difficulty with walking. I have seen members of staff going round with individuals who need lots of help The toilets upstairs are always clean.

When ever i go to collect my parcel the customer service is shocking and the staff act like they do not care at all. They mention staff levels are low which i know can be frustrating but then they wonder around aimlessly until one member takes it apon themselves to go get my packages. Also at the self check out the machines often say it can not find item in bagging area yet the member watching this area is always in their own world and you literally stand and stare at them until they wonder over and clear the machine. I have only once have i had a good experience when collecting my parcel which was recently. It was a older foreign lady who was very chatty, polite and even complimented on my name which was very sweet of her.

Typical Sainsbury's (quite big) with interesting historical background. Used to be a bus depot. Free underground parking. Food, clothes, some electronics, etc. Cafe upstairs. Access for disabled pretty much everywhere. No petrol station.

Great for your weekly shop and special occasions, with a good range of products. Frustrating though that they have discontinued some of their Basics & By Sainsbury's items, as well as increasing the prices on others. There is also a reasonably priced café here.

Well it's Sainsbury's, if you need me to explain that you probably need to go as part of you acculturation process! This one is a good size, so a bit cheaper than Sainsbury's Local with a far wider stock, including clothes, kitchen paraphernalia and a decent range of drink. Enough staff to keep queues reasonable and tell you where they have moved the aubergine peelers etc. (In case you were looking for an aubergine peeler). I go most weeks and see no reason to stop.
