I love Iceland and this is a good one however the parking is very limited! I would say unless you get there before the store opens you will probably have to park in the swan centre and walk across!! It's great for slimming world meals.

Had not been to Iceland for a few years since experiencing bad customer service after shopping at the Shirley branch. I was walking past in Portswood and decided to stop in to get a few things. I was helped by a very lovely and friendly, beautiful young lady. She helped me around the shop and just happened to serve me too. She was incredibly pleasant and her customer service was impeccable, I shall be shopping here again. Thanks to the young, blonde lady who helped for making my shopping experience enjoyable. If only I could remember her name to pass on a compliment to the company.

I felt at home in Iceland. Two members of staff said hello so it reflected the corner shop mentality. 
Areas are well laid out with eggs near the door then veg at far end and milk in the far isle 
Not a fan of frozen food so I was in and out in ten minutes
Virtually over the road is a bus stop with blue star city red and Unilink 
Only omision was not finding large pots of double cream. I settled for bag of apples of which they had three specialist veriety and a litre of youghert at a reasonable price

I love Iceland. Do regularly my monthly shopping there. They have so big range of seafood and fish. Prices are good.
