Just been into burnley branch. There was no small trolleys in the bay the only one that was there the wheels were jammed, I asked the security man who is responsible for collecting them he replyed ask one of the staff which I did  the lady replied there was no one to get them no staff. She shouted of one of the other members of staff who shouted back go and get one from outside in the park. It's not good enough to expect the public to walk round the park to find a trolley. The store has certainly gone down in its standards from the many yrs I have been shopping there. Also staff very miserable and takes all their time to smile never mind talk. Also most times when I do go in the shelves are either empty or full of empty boxes due to not stocking up or tidying them. A shambles.

Very good but spoilt by the miserable staff that was at the checkout. Very well stocked. Great selection, saved nearly £50 with my Nectar Card.

Found everything we needed. Jam making sugar isn't easily available and not stocked in other supermarkets but was here.nIf Burnley Council hadn't declared war on the motorists, access would be easier.nWell worth the trip.

Not been to sainsbury's for a few years but found this experience really pleasant. Not loud ,not full of parents shouting at the kids.nIt was busy considering its new years eve it wasn't overwhelming like tesco/asda. This will be my new place to shop as I easily get sensory overload and this place didn't even give me that.

Nectar card encourages  me to shop here more often...but without the card prices are above other stores in area and staff could benefit with knowing how to smile
