This is really quite hidden from the road but a nice surprise to find a large store.  Car park confused me so 4 stars.nnI happened upon it at sunset and got a fab photo.nnHuge range inside and it was easy to find everything.  It wasnt too busy on my way home from work either.  A good Sainsburys!

This is my local store and recently it has gone downhill.  Always find shelves are empty everything seems to be constantly out of stock.  They also always seem to close the self checkout basket only queue from 6pm.  The new Costa store is a good addition though

The place is run down due to mismanagement, this is the same place which was shown on television a number of times for hiring illegal workers and it seems management have not changed, staff slide things across the floor and then go into shelves, unprotected bread, saw one worker who could not reach a shelf stand on the produce to get to the top shelf and another who when they failed to kick broccoli under a shelf, threw it back with the others, contaminating the entire box.nnIf you wonder why you get sick after you shop here, it is little wonder.nnThe one good thing about the shop is it serves as the local argos outlet, though slow to respond and could do with three times the space and a means of keeping bulky things off the floor and dragged along, rather than put on a trolley, fine for a lamp, not fine for bedding.nnDo not bother buying clothing here, the shoes never last getting wet beyond two months and the clothes are something chronic, unless you wanted a shirt to wash the car down with, don't trynnStaff more interested in talking to eachother or their friends rather than serving, specially at the self serve area, and staff rude when people move something out of the way, or if something falls after you have walked away, I'm sorry but if you do not wish to work there, anybody else would and could replace you and your opinions are best kept to yourself.

I normally love this place, but due to road closure, I sat in the car park for an hour

Wrongly priced items, poor customer service, self scan not working, queues at checkouts, and no small trolleys...
