Lived in Basildon my whole life and rarely ever used Asda toilets. Yesterday I had to as I was already in Asda. One stall had the door hanging off its hinges. The covered in dried urine where it had been there for so long. I had to wipe the toilet seat with some tissue and my own bottled water. And to top it off after having to clean the urine myself, there was no hand soap available to wash my hands after.
I went to the Basildon store yesterday to return an item I had bought at another store. I needed help to do this and Jodie in the click and collect department was really supportive. She went 'out of her way' to go with me to the returns deposit facility, showing me how to process the parcel etc. I really appreciated this help as I had never had to use this service before.
I like it is big and clean, customer services are always helpful. The baby changing room is not in service already 1 year and this is not good at all. How they couldn’t fix it for one year. I am struggling with my babies.
Rude staff with the trolleys picking shopping just push you out the way, shelves half stocked all stock on pallets around the store rubbish all piled up, told customer services how bad it was to get a reply if we will pass this on! Wish could rate it a zero
