Good store, good range of clothing for kids and adults. Handy Argos inside. Range of products in store is okay. But god please take the headset of staff. Having personal issues with other whilst you're trying to ask for help feels like all the care about is the conversation
Friendly staff. Very helpful. Being from the states, I wasn't sure what some things were called here... cookies, crackers, crisps chips, biscuits... anyway, questions asked and answers given without making me feel foolish. Hot takeaway Chinese chicken thighs were very pleasant . Super convenient!
As a wheelchair user - lots of accessible parking with wide bays and close to the doors. Very large store so plenty of turning room.nLovely home section and clothing too. Great book aisle/selection and pharmacy inside too.
I have given 1 star but i dont think they deserve it. i do not live in Bamber Bridge but have shopped at this store several times. They have a good selection of food and household items.But i shopped there on Wednesday evening my Son and i we had quite a lot of shopping but all the tills were closed.So we had to use the self service till which was quite difficult because of lack of space when checking items out. There was only one member of staff that i could see and she stood watching us checking our shopping out. And then came over and said something about the red light flashing on the till.She was quite abrubt. She made us feel like criminals. This store seems to be badly run. Why have a massive store with so many tills and have them all closed. So people end up waiting in a massive queue to pay at self serve. I spend a lot of money at Sainsbury. But i will not be using the Bamber Bridge branch again.
