We are often keen to complain about surly staff etc but 2 weeks ago I dropped my car keys in the car park and couldn't find them. A fantastic member of staff called Ryan came to my aid, calmed me down and helped me find the keys. I tried to contact Sainsbury's directly but to no avail. Fantastic customer service and emotional intelligence. Thank you so much Ryan.
Small branch of the retail giant supermarket with own car park and linked to Manor Walks Shopping centre. Fine for a quick shop but lacking in many ranges presumably due to floor space. Had no interaction with staff so unable to comment on attitude or customer service. Also an ASDA supermarket at other end of centre which is far cheaper.
Two days running no hand basket's at the Main entrance , surely someone should be checking these,as a disabled person l find this most annoying as l am limited to how far l can walk,
Sainsburys have an extremely limited organic section which is frustrating because I have to go elsewhere but everything else is what you'd expect really. Pretty average...
Always call in for 2 bags of sweets, not saying which ones because you'll all start buying them.
Busy today, carpark and shop. Two main checkouts on and self serve. Queued for a little while until third one opened. Found everything I went for and a few things I needed but hadn't put on list. Also went to collect argos order which was very efficient, like that it is in Sainsbury's. Trolley was a bit tricky today especially when fully loaded.
Nothin on the shelves after 12, no fruit, plenty of rotten veg if that’s what you like, no milk unless you want 6 pints that expires the next day, same with the bread. Discounted items that expire on the same day reduced by 10p so they would rather bin it than help someone out. 90% of the staff will ignore you or just walk into you or push their trolleys in your way. Freezer tops covered in boxes moved a couple to be asked by a member of staff ‘WHAT ARE YOU DOING, WHAT DO YOU WANT’! I wanted something out of the freezer surprisingly
Please stop shutting the checkouts. The self service never works properly, and when you have a trolley full it's not convenient. I like talking and being served by your staff, it makes a nice experience.
Great as I only used the petrol station, but as petrol stations go it great and always the cheapest in the area.
Large store with some good deals to be had. The selection of products is excellent. Pity there are too few human based tills for larger shops but if you can put up with an additional wait then it won't be a problem.
