Used to be good store, but not now managers useless and not many staff. To much time talking and laughing on self checkouts to answer red lights. Such a shame.
It's OK I think ASDA need to up their game as far as choice they do schwartz mix powders but not schwartz wrap it mix and that's just one thing. They are a bit overpriced on a lot of things so usually I use asda as a last resort
I came in just after 8am but nobody came to the click and collect, when I enquired why I had waited so long at the customer services I was told someone was coming but I might not be able to have my item as the machine wasn't logging on. I ended up leaving then as I was already cutting it fine getting to work on time and I had wanted the item for that evening. Now I am going to have a second trip in the hope they can actually give me my item. In the past it's been minutes to wait. Even a note to tell me it wasn't working would have let me know not to stand around like an idiot waiting.
Store always organised and clean and lots of choice and I'd like to give a massive thanks and appreciation to the self service ladies and Till ladies for the service and what they do and do for customers and on a personal level too
Great store plentiful stock only problem parking, especially when people park in mother and baby and disabled bays taking spaces from entitled people
Nice store. I was able to get what I was looking for. I like the pizza section just that the queue can be a bit long and you will have to wait.
Do my weekly shopping here every week for the oat 15 years. I have tried others but only once for 2 reasons the staff are fantastic and the price is the best. Even better now they have asda rewards
Good supermarket but they should get A coin operated ride inside next to photo booth as sainsbury's do
Never been in a better ASDA for range of products and staff friendliness. Weather had hit the plants but everything else fine.
We had an employee who went above and beyond to prepare a personalised cake for our son's birthday we were late to collect and he stepped in to help. Sebastien was an absolute God send and embodies customer service truly.
