I've been waiting half an hour for my click and collect. I checked in using the app. After waiting for about 15 minutes I called, in case it was broken or some technical fault had occurred.nnThe lady on the phone was very apologetic, said someone would be there 'right away'. Ten minutes later, still waiting.nnIt would have been faster to just go and do the shop in person. Understaffed or poor management or both.
Large and fast shopping. Did not see que there and I've been here so many times. Easy to access and city centre just 1min walk
I can’t give zero stars but one star that is there I want to give it to the staff in store.nnShop staff are great and as helpful as they can be considering that the management seems to be letting them down completely. Not many staff to help and all seem to be very busy constantly and shop is understaffed. It is very empty, a lot of stock is missing or not reordered and very unorganised. I would go to another store not ASDA in order to have a productive shop. I can’t understand why other ASDAs are great and some seem to not be cared for or focused on much. Honestly as this is my closest store, I hope they improve how they run and care for this store or I hope another store is opened in its place.nnThanks to all the staff that were there as they were very helpful with what they were given although I don’t think they will be there for long if they are having to overwork the way they arennPS I will be shocked to my core if I get a reasonably explained response for this terrible experience, but if I do get a response please address what changes will take place to improve it.
This place is a joke and run by morons who all need to be fired immediately.nnEvery single time we use scan&go, It is constantly asking us to verify what's in the trolley. Every visit we make. At one point, We had to empty the entire trolley and the Assistant got it wrong after scanning all times, We had to get a refund from another area. Then again, There is hardly an assistant around.nnQuite often, Shelves are empty with boxes unopened up top.nnAsda - If you respond, I don't care about your apologies, Don't bother responding.
The Pharmasists consider themselves 'precious' and trip over themselves with inflated self worth and self serving egotistical nonsense. With bona fida authority for111 repeat medication and absolute proof of prescriptions this song and dance act by the two women was pathetic as to excuses as to fulfilling the prescription and THEY will be the instrument for a heart attack with no empathy ,commonsense or basic humanity towards the ill patient/customer. SHAME ON THEM. They practice what they preach...life is cheap!
