Sainsbury's is a very good shop. Always busy but parking is a nightmare at this time year. Access in and out of the car park is also a problem and this puts me off visiting the shop,which is a shame. I know I am not the only one to think the same. Too many shops and not enough parking spaces and log jam access.

The car park was very busy but this may have been down to the time of year 🎅 The store is a decent size, I only wanted some stationary items, when I asked where they would be the staff member was helpful and polite pointing me in the right direction, I decided to see if I could pick up some last minute gifts too although the store didnt stock what I was after the staff member i approached was helpful suggesting another store where I would be able to get the product

Have used the cafe at Saintsbury's for a long time now, but recently my usual order of cheese omelet has changed for the worse. I then instead ordered the new big breakfast at a much increased price of £6. This new "Big Breakfast" was smaller than previous offering of your breakfast and cost a lot more. I'm afraid you have lost me and my wife as regular customers. Shame!!!

Shocking service in cafe. Nobody there at first approach for a good three or four mins. One lady came and gave eye contact to nobody then fought with a coffee machine for around 10 mins for 1 customer ahead of my son. Then more women came out from back but retreated quickly into obscure back area leaving queue of now 4. Nobody spoke to my 15 year old in queue at all. Eventually money taken for self serve items and he was refused nectar card scan saying they ' couldn't do it'. 20 mins later my son had a coke and 2 pieces of cake. I watched amazed from a seat. Would not go again.
