Squandered over ten minutes of my life today, stood at a checkout in Halfords waiting to be served while staff were 'busy' elsewhere. I had heard that Halfords were poor on customer service and now I see why. I gave up eventually and went elsewhere. Staff here just don't seem interested in customers. Very poor.

Just stood so long in a queue of 3 people, including myself, that I gave up and left. Two members of staff neither of whom seemed able to deal with the customers. What a waste of time!
