Over priced like every store always have to order in what I want and then they always try and charge me £5 to deliver it I think it’s a joke to be perfectly honest bought my lab a stuffed monkey from there brought it home and within the first 3 minutes it was broken clearly not built for purpose staff are friendly enough when taking your money but not to keen to help on the shop floor dogs water bowl at the front of the store looks dirty over all 3 very negative experience if o could find somewhere else that sold the dog food I buy I certainly would not go back

Lovely friendly staff in store and in the Groom Room, they look after your dog like he's their own and they look after you too, loads of good advice.

Verý friendly and helpful service. Convenient location however parking can be difficult at peak times.
