The food is pretty good, but the system of ordering and receiving hot drinks needs tidying up. There are always a group of people holding up the cash til queue while they wait for their drinks to arrive. Often the drinks are being made by the lady on the til which shows things down even more. Kinda frustrating...

Staff are great food is great quality but and is a big but is the New menu over priced would be an under statement?? Every thing is extra lol

Service is ok. I don't like their policy of charging you to swap a food item on your breakfast (e.g. mushrooms for black pudding). They have started using their 'taste the difference ' range in the breakfast.
