There is a serious lack of organisation in this burger king. Service is slow even when they seem to have decent staffing levels poor attention to the order kids meal had no drink given with it or toy basic bits are forgotten. Will only take a half decent McDonald's to open in Letchworth for this place to up the game or close for good.

Just ordered two plain kids cheese burger meals and spicy cheese balls... had to remind him what drinks we ordered and also forgot our cheese balls. Which he replied with 'oh f**k' infront of both my children. Kids had ham burgers instead and chips had gone cold. Neither kids wanted to eat their food. Very disappointed.

I am disgusted by the seats as there is no cleaner and in every single booth there is a mess and you are not able to sit in one, i watched a worker drop a chicken nugget on the floor and put it into a box to serve. I do not recommend coming here and I spoke to one of the workers and they said that Burger King was very run down.

Absolutely ridiculous! Only 1 car in front of me at the drive through and took over 20 minutes to get my order. Thought this was supposed to be fast food! If I could put zero stars I would! Will never go here again.
