Naga curry was hot, hotter than your average naga curry. Keema ma'am was average, rice was....well rice. Onion bhaji was reasonably good. Overall good Indian food, good beer, good service

Really good for vegetarians. Freshly prepared and portions don't overface. I especially liked the okra which was crisp and appetising. Service is considerate and helpful. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for the starters. Clean spotless linen was an added bonus along with the lot towels for hands afterwards. This is not the first time I have been to Shapla. It has never disappointed.

Very lovely food, quick service and well priced. The ambience is too dark though...needs some more wattage!

Appalling service. Waited 1 hour 30 mins for the starter they had admitted they had forgotten about. We were given 75p each discount because" he's not breaking even" Food was ok but the managements attitude was awful!! Never again!!
