The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - perfect customer service! Professional and super down-to-earth at the same time!

Storage unit was fine - just a shame it's on the first floor so it's gonna be a bit of a faff (and a workout!) to get all our stuff out when we need it but hey ho... we got a great price and feel very comfortable with the security of the unit! The kids had a great time running up & down the corridors! :)

Overall a great experience and we're very pleased with the service.

Very limited parking if your stuffs in the main building. The staff are really nice. It's on a really busy island for the motorway so can be tricky getting out.

Used storage for 2months. When i took my things back to my new house, i found a live baby mouse in my flower pot that fricked me and my children.  My little boy nearly passed out. I Managed to pour a bioling water on poor mouse 🐭 and reported it to safe store asap.

I am a very happy customer.  The rates for renting a unit are exceptional keenly priced - the best prices.  Very friendly staff.  Clean units.  You receive a good service - you are able to drop off your goods at any time.  You are not restricted like the other competitors.  I am more than happy to recommend Safestore Self Storage.
