Britannia Bradshaw International Removals & Storage

I was impressed with the level of professionalism during the quotation survey. This was followed up consistently throughout the removal day. The team were great - Martin, Paul, Andy & Simon - worked really hard. They took good care of our furniture - it was wrapped in blankets or covered and there was not a scratch or chip in sight at the end. They were extremely considerate of the brand new carpet laid ready at the new house - they protected it with plastic sheeting and managed to keep it completely clean in spite of the rain! I was especially pleased with this. We received a very efficient and professional service and I would recommend Britannia unreservedly.

We had 4 companies from the BAR website come and give us a quote. We asked for a full move from Birmingham to Oxford with packing, 2x bed dismantle and repair. The chap who gave the quote was charming and Birmingham Bradshaw were the cheapest. Planning our day was no issue, they took payment over the phone with no hassle. All the paperwork and timetable was emailed through before hand. The day before Martin, Simon and Scott came for 3 hours and wrapped most of our belongings and took some to the van. They were conscientious, hard working and polite. The following morning they said they would return at 0830 and turned up at 0820 - perfect. Martin and Simon then proceeded to take the rest of the stuff to the van. These two were machines! They worked so hard, solidly. Always politely with a smile and a laugh. No issue was too much. 3 hours later the flat had been cleared caring and carefully. We met Martin and Simon in Oxford where immediately they set about unloading. Our new flat had brand new carpet in and they went to special effort to make sure there were no marks/mud/dirt made. We have 2 big sofas and it was a debate over how to fit them in, Martin and Simon took their time to help move hem around to get them in their right spot. They then took away all the rubbish/boxes/protective packing and made sure our new property was spotless from a removal point of view. I cannot speak highly enough of Martin and Simon. They worked so hard to make are move as smooth as possible, going out of their way to help us. We were hugely impressed with their work ethic, care, attitude and friendliness. If I could rate 6 stars I would. The whole experience has been brilliant and would highly recommend using Birmingham Britannia Bradshaw to anyone. Thank you

Pat, Andy and Ryan moved our stuff from our flat to our new house this morning. Quite simply they were all brilliant. As we had already got the keys everything was loaded and unloaded within four hours. All three of the guys were very efficient and carrying stuff down the (very steep) stairs of the flat, and they didn't even seem to struggle too much with the heavy boxes and furniture. They also took great care with the all of the fragile things which meant that nothing was broken. Once we got to the new house they laid plastic sheeting down on the stairs and the hallways so no muddy footprints we left on carpets. Overall I would recommend Britannia Bradshaw to anyone looking to move in the near future.

Excellent service!! Paul, Les and Dale made a stressful move pleasant!! They are a credit to you. Paul and Les are obviously very experienced and it was lovely watching them pass on their experience to Dale. The whole Team were professional and polite and very helpful. Everyone in the office is very helpful and I would highly recommend these Guys. Great service, experienced, professional, polite and well worth using. Thanks again for everything - we really appreciate it.

This is the first time I have used a professional moving company and I will never be using this one again. The four man team were rude, careless and embarrassing. They damaged bookcases, rise and recline chairs, broke a mirror and hid it rather than inform me.They left part of my bed at the old flat. Constantly swearing, play fighting and making homophobic 'jokes', their behavior was appalling and only added to the stress of moving day. They failed to cover the chairs or mattress, as I had been promised they would. I have complained to the company and been called a liar. I've been told the mattress was covered; I saw the lorry doors open at my new flat and could clearly see the uncovered mattress. The company is 'sorry' for the teams use of language and 'jokes', but it is far too little for the additional stress they caused me. The service I received was not worth the £1000 I paid. I would advise anyone who is considering using this company to look else where.
