They were very helpful over the phone.nTracey the Receptionist was amazing, she made sure to help me get the best deal and space I needed and when I had stuff I had to get rid of when picking up she directed me to the nearest waste collection.nFantastic service.
After our yearly contract expired, we were facing a huge increase in our monthly storage costs, as our introductorty special rates had expired and our new rate was double what we had been paying. We popped in to the Crayford branch and spoke with Tracy about what we could do to reduce costs. Tracy was a marvel, she went out of her way to explain how the pricing worked and what we could do to save money, such as getting our own insurance. We agreed on a new contract that was a little higher than our previous contract , but nowhere near the double monthly cost we were first quoted. Thanks Tracy, you really worked hard to keep this customer and I'm very grateful. That's great customer service.
I recently interacted with Andrew at Safestore and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness.nAndrew's friendly and positive attitude made my day. He is courteous and polite which a company is very lucky to have. Good people are hard to find. I highly recommend contacting Andrew at Safestore Crayford for all your storage needs.
Very friendly and helpful service from the Manager, Andrew in getting everything arranged. Then a very friendly and helpful first day introduction to the facility from Anna. The facililty is very well organised, clean and efficient.
When I first got my storage unit I was very pleased with it. The price was ok and the overall facility itself is excellent. Very clean and good access with plenty of parking. The staff were excellent. However, things turned sour a short while ago when I got my renewal price via email. The price had nearly doubled from £140 per month to £266!!! I approached the staff at the reception who managed to discount this £221, still £81 more per month. This is a lot of extra money to pay when you're getting absolutely nothing extra! I decided to clear the unit and take advantage of a relatives secure garage for free! The day I cleared the unit all the other people there were clearing their units due to the massive price increases. Safe store have no interest in keeping loyal customers. This is no reflection on the staff who have always been professional, courteous and helpful at all times. If you want long term storage, safe store probably isn't for you. I'm guessing all other storage companies operate the same way. These places only work if you need short term storage and take advantage of any discount offers available. Out of curiosity I went online for a new quote for 12mths of storage and was quoted £144 per month not including insurance!!! You have been warned!!!
