Outstanding service received from both the office admin and shipment coordinator to the delivery guys. The whole service was supportive, timely and very informative. Everyone was well organized, helpful, gave clear instructions and information. No job was too big or to small. The unpacking service element was brilliant. I was on my own and so having three people unpack with you was an absolute god send. It has been the most stress free house unpacking I have ever experienced. Thank you, would thoroughly recommend.

A massive thank you to Doree Bonner and particularly Holly Snell for her help and understanding on the phone and via emails for my move. Her assistance with my queries was very much appreciated. As I hadn’t moved for 32 years and needed a bit of guidance through the process she kept me informed and helped me through the process so I’m very grateful to her for that. I would also like to thank John, Norman and Mick for all their hard work on the day. They called to let me know when they would be arriving and were both courteous and thorough with the packing of my home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the who process on the day very easy for me. I would recommend Doree Bonner to any of my family and friends if they are moving home Thank you all once again

Doree Bonner just about as helpful as any removals firm could be. From the office staff to the guys who actually came to do the difficult move Doree Bonner staff could not be any more helpful ,professional & cheerful. I think this was a complicated move & storage - they made everything so much easier for us -thank you Doree Bonner I would recommend you to anyone. 5 star at least🤩

Would recommend without hesitation I've been using Doree Bonner for my first international move back to the US and they've been great throughout the whole process so far. Had someone come out to our flat to estimate how much it would be. They overestimated and are giving us a refund from the quote. Also the removals crew were very friendly and professional. Even showed up on time snow in London not withstanding. Provided detailed instructions on how to fill in all the forms. Great experience.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. They delivered on every aspect from initial consultation to picking up the boxes promptly. The team of movers Steve, Luke & Dan were so professional and provided a seamless and stress free move. Thanks!
