The service was superb from start to finish, and was extremely prompt. The called when they said they would call, and emailed when they said they would email. The drivers capped the wonderful experience, all of whom were very helpful and kind. The quote I was given was the best offered by the 5 companies I called and online payment was easy and at the pace I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Mathew James Removals to anyone seeking my advice on which removal company to use.

I had a wonderful stress free move with Matthew James . From the word go my quote was expertly handled and and booking process simple and straight forward with all the staff on the phone very helpful and friendly. The crew on the removal day where prompt on time and very diligent. The move from Minster to Rochester was seamless and it took all anxiety away and there were very minimal breakages. I have no problems in recommending Matthew James to friends and Family

I don't normally post reviews but I had to after the brilliant service I received from Matthew James Removals. I recently moved house and it has been pretty stressful but these guys made it so much easier. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the service was great quality and the price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Matthew James Removals if you're looking for a stress free move. Thanks a lot guys!

Words cannot express how grateful I am once again to Matthew and his amazingly hard working team. Having used their services 3 years ago when i moved home myself and simply being blown away by such a professional team who single handily removed all the stress on moving day , i could't see how they could possibly enhance their already faultless reputation, but once again they have gone above and beyond all expectations by coming to the rescue of one of my clients who has suffered a torrid time following a family tragedy and thus on what would have been a stressful moving day ordinarily, further enhanced by the aforementioned personal tragedy, step in Matthew and the team to work their magic and seamlessly take control and before we knew it the move from Rochester to Welling was done and dusted without any stress or hassle. Working in the mortgage market and hearing many horror stories of companies it has been a total pleasure to work with such an outstanding customer service driven company who were also able to show such compassion and respect and also inject some much needed humour on the day. Highly recommend to all :>
