The storage is super clean, safe and easy to access. The best part: the team! They’re so helpful and at least with me, I could tell they cared. I arrived at my space and the girl found me a bigger one last minute when we saw my stuff didn’t fit, and she even stated a bit later. I hope this team gets a bonus or something! I’ve never seen such a helpful team in such large company!
Safestore is a reliable and trustworthy company. Every single person I spoke with was friendly and professional. Special thanks to Maria, Fiona and Terry. Congratulations, it is nice to find teams that still are responsible and empathetic. Apart from that, the facility is amazing. I am very happy and feel confident to leave my belongings there. I recommend Safestore 100% and will definitely use the service again if needed.
Fiona and Maria, Terry and Shawn are. A phenomenal team. Helpful, pleasurable, with a human professional touch. And I’ve only met them this week but I know them all by name, so that tells you something. Excellent team. Paddington branch are always friendly and go above and beyond to assist with your needs. They have storage for all sizes, quick to answer the phone and ensure streamline service when arriving. Terry from the team is brilliant and ensures customer satisfaction always! Highly recommend using this branch
The Paddington branch provided a 10/10 service! When I called, the staff answered all my questions and provided incredibly helpful information. I was a bit flustered from moving, but Fiona and Maria were calm and collected, making everything super easy for me.
Very easy process to check in. Very kind, friendly staff, always eager to help. The storage spaces are clean, and it’s very easy to access them when you need something from your storage. Definitely recommend this place
Booked a 50sqft storage to keep the contents of my 1 bedroom flat. Maria was very helpful in explaining all the details and showing me the unit to make sure the size is enough. The whole team was very friendly and approachable, including Fiona and Shawn. Highly recommended.
I had the best experience with Safestore Paddington ! The facilities and especially the amazing team made my move in so much easier. Sean was extremely nice and helpful, I thank him for everything ! And thanks to Maria for her smile and positivity ! I definitely recommend Safestore’s services !
The service was very good, by a member of staff called Maria who was very helpful, and went that extra mile, furthermore, there was one member of staff who asked me what I do as a living, I responded that I work for a well known TV News channel, he then went I line to find out the name of the TV presenter who is one of my female colleagues, he then started to ask questions about my female colleague, which made me feel uncomfortable. The reason why this has made me uncomfortable ,as we are working on big global story ,which has made my female colleague's at the office also uncomfortable due to the nature of what we have been working on for months. Under the Data Protection Act 2018 I have not mention the Male staff, who decided take the time and actions and behaviour that he thought was ok. Finally I would like to thank the manager at the Paddington branch.
all the staff are very kind and accomodating in everything.As one of the long time clients in this storage we can successfully guaranted that the services they are rendered within thier custumers are outstanding and brilliant .So we can happily recommend to anybody who wanted to try thier services...thanks
