We were treated really well when we went. Khaya had very good customer service. He showed us the different sizes and gave helpful answers to our questions. We will be happy to store or goods at Shurgard Kensington.
Fantastic service - goes above and beyond expectations. Both during move in and check out, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me. Would love to give a special shout-out to Reon, who really helped and was fantastic - he made everything easy and was spectacular in the way he went out of his way to assist me. That being said, all staff encountered Crystal, Zayd were also amazing. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.
Reon was absolutely amazing when we arrived with a full van load and discovered there had been a problem with the unit we had prepaid to rent. He sorted everything immediately and with a smile. Top marks for service!

This is the best storage facility! Reon was incredibly cheerful and very patient with all my requests. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely happy with my unit. He made me feel so valued as a customer even after showing me 3 different size units to ensure I was totally satisfied with my selection. Both Reon and Crystal were smiling and in a good mood the entire time. I could tell that they made a really good team because Crystal happily managed all the other customers while Reon was being a complete legend updating my contract. Also easily accessible from the station. I highly recommend to everyone to use this Shurgard!
Reon was a massive help. I’ve never met a person so extraordinary and so helpful. He swiftly helped me with changing the locks on my locker and eased my stress around making an urgent logistics target. Much appreciated, five stars!

Highly recommended! Great storage units, with good variety of sizes and good value for money, in clean and well-maintained facility. Easy Access - either drive through or loading bay. Good big lifts. Extremely helpful, professional, and friendly staff who go out of yheir way to assist customers. Set up and closure us easy, but the central billing system needs some attention.
Incredibly clean, and perfect to store goods, wasn’t too expensive for what you got either, once you’ve bought a lock for £15 that’s all you need, only you have the key. Overall this place was perfect for me.
Great service and kind, helpful personnel. I love this self storage and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs easy access and central London storage.
