I had an amazing experience with Spaceways! Toby picked up my boxes, and he was very nice and professional. He made the whole process a breeze. The whole process was super easy, with the boxes picked up right from my house. I would definitely use their service again!
I got my boxes in perfect timing! The customer service provided superb help and responded quickly! Most importantly, the lovely guy who came to pick up my boxes, Tony, was so friendly and super helpful! He helped me with getting my boxes from my room even though he didn’t have to! He made the whole process become so Nice and effortless! Such an amazing experience overall : Would absolutely recommend!!
Most horrible company I've ever met. This is not joking, if you are trying to use here n just trusting the reviews in google, thats a big mistake. 1. log in system does not work for some people like me this made me so exhusted and annoying. cuz it does happen all the time even in receiving process. I properly made my account but it doesn't work 2. delivered worng number of boxes when I was packing my stuffs, I ordered 5 boxes but they just delivered 4. also annoys me and couldn't receive onother boxes cuz my flight was two days later and needed to throw some of my things. 3. late reply they do sometimes ignore and being late on the what's app 4. broken boxes and my glass and plastics were destroyed. I could see how they treated my boxes. I don't think its because of delivery, could see the DPD has taped after the boxes has broken. also, MY stuffs were broked inside the box. totally, worst company ever. DO NOT USE
Friendly, Well Priced, and Efficient. Scott was really helpful and nice, thanks! If I had any questions I just gave them a call and they dealt with it well! Overall has been hassle-free, only done the storage collection so far but would recommended. Free boxes and collection made it worth it!
This is my third time storing my boxes with them and the experience is lovely as always. My packing materials were delivered today by Tony, who was absolutely amazing and helped me with bringing them up. His great customer service and positive vibes made my day!
I was very pleased with their service in Brighton. Customer support Joley was also very responsive and prompt! Although there was a mix-up regarding one missing box during the return, it was settled promptly. I was called by the driver named Aaron before to be informed of the delivery and time he could only come early that day. I wasn't available to the front door to receive my boxes but to my surprise, he had delivered them straight to my apartment door on the 2nd floor! I was very grateful for that. It was the same for the remaining box as well which I received in person. Top-notch service! Definitely recommend!
The service and booking were excellent. The boxes arrived as promised and communication was good with the driver to coordinate the pickup. Before the pickup, my questions were immediately answered, although it was a bank holiday. Special thanks to Joley who couldn't have been more helpful. My experience has been great and I would recommend the service.
Stored 6 boxes for a couple of months and one of them came back damaged and with most items broken even though they were protected with bubble wrap. DPD had to re tape the boxes before delivery because of how broken it was. However, right after posting my review I was contacted by both the customer team and the owner of spaceways. Although my items breaking was unfortunate, the damage was mostly in one box and I was given an amazon voucher to replace all of my broken items which I truly appreciate. The treatment was really nice and to that I give a 5/5 and would consider using spaceways again to store my boxes thanks to this.
cannot recommend spaceways enough, from their help in accommodating delivery and pick up times, to helping carry and safely store my packages. everything was returned just as it was left. would 100% store with them again
I chose this company as I thought I could contact them easily, and it was a great choice! Satisfied overall. Thanks Kyle for carrying the boxes with no elevators!
