Story

Self storage is do-it-yourself storage. Once you’ve hired your storage space from a self storage company, you are free to use it more or less as you choose. This means you can transport your possessions to and from the storage space (called a “unit”) whenever you please, and keep them there as long as you need to. All good self storage facilities will be secure, easily accessible, clean and dry, and operated with user-friendly professionalism.

This self-storage didn't have sprinklers, hence it burnt to ashes. People's possessions gone and owners are not paying for the losses.

This please did exactly what its intended purpose was for. It stored my stuff. Shame about the massive fire since then. I hope they recover as their customer service was always good and the staff were very friendly and helpful and i always had a pleasant time there.

I've used Safehouse for several years now. Having used other storage facilities in the area, the customer service at Safehouse is way better. Lots more clear information, I got to see the sizes of different units, got help when I lost my car keys...and their special deals are very cost-effective. Thanks, guys, especially Greg!

I have used Safehouse  for personal storage White Horse Lane  for many years and have ALWAYS found the staff to be courteous   especially  Greg. I would certainly use them again `because I have confidence that I and my personal possessions will be treated  right.  Gideon

Absolutely brilliant - first class service from the front line staff. As a returning customer it was nice to see that the place had been refurbished to a high standard. Oh, and I returned with my original padlock!

I have had two storage units at Safehouse for 11 years and have never had a problem. If there is ever an issue, it gets sorted and everyone is polite and helpful. And the café is good, too.
