I used to work for Saajan in 1999-2000 as a delivery driver, and then as a customer for a couple of years after, i saw how the food was prepared and how fresh every ingredient was, Mr Ali owned the shop then, all the staff were brilliant, i miss everything about this takeaway, the food, the staff, i would love to pay a visit again one day but I'm now living 200 miles away in Norwich, it looks different now judging by the photos, but if any of the staff from 1999-2000 are still there, then i know the food will still be fantastic.
Fantastic service and even better food! Worth every penny. Great amount of food and complimentery additions. Added bonus of coffee while you wait. Definitely returning!
Very disappointed. Ordered a Lamb Biriani and Balti sauce but ended up with a sauce that burned your mouth and played havoc with ones guts. Never going back again. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The currys from this takeaway are by far the best in Rochdale and the staff are friendly and service is spot on!Food: 5/5
Ordered a lamb byriani with a balti sauce what we was not edible rang up to complain response initially acceptable and was told to throw the meal in the bin and it would be replaced all that arrived was a different sauce as of this moment my partner is feeling unwell totally inadequate conclusion avoid and save yourself the disappointment
I love this place because the curry's so nice & testi & special mixed sandwiches, samosa I love it.
I’ve ordered from here twice now once with the set meal for 2 and other time on Uber eats for set meal for 4 and the food has been amazing, the curries are not spicy so great for kids and people who don’t like spice as even though I do like spice myself sometimes you can get food that’s unbearably hot and it ruins the meal, the chicken tikka masala is amazing so creamy and sweet and I love sweet curries defo recommend

Excellent food from Sanjaans, I’ve been using for a few years now, sometimes 3 times per week and never ever in this time have I had a complaint, always on time, always delicious food, and they never get the order wrong. I’ve tried tons of Indian restaurants and takeaways to find a restaurant that no matter what you order it’s always awesome… 110% would recommend to everyone who likes Indian food. Thanks Sajaans
Ordered via Uber eats at 9pm food was expected to arrive by 21.55 at latest it still had not arrived by half ten therefore I had rang them for an update where I had originally been told it was on its way and would be with me within two to three minutes I had then left it fifteen minutes in which I still had not received it so I rang up again to where I had them shouting down the phone saying I had not ordered with them that I was wrong and then he had put the phone down on me, I tried ringing again to where they had put the phone down on me again I tried stating I did not want the food anymore and to refund me the money to where he was the. Shouting down the phone to me stating he had not taken my order, where as the first male had stated it was on its way and would be with me within minutes. I do not recommend ordering with them, as I haven’t received a refund or my food and payment had been taken!!! I then got an update at midnight stating my food had been delivered when it had not.
