Drop the Car off Monday as they requested. Had an appointment for Tuesday. They car was not looked at on Tuesday they said next day. Went on Wednesday still not looked at. They said they have a big project ongoing as an excuse for the delay. But when i went there they still had not started. While i was there they then decided to take my car in to check. If i had not hone they wouldn’t have looked at it on Wednesday. I wasted two days for my car to be checked. I made an appointment a week prior. Whats the point if appointment systems if you don’t check the car out on its day. Whenever i rang they could have told me they weren't going to check it out. Instead of delaying.Not happy with the service Appointment booking was 9 o clock
Excellent service. I have been using them for a few years now for mot and repairs and have found them to be very fair looking after my car needs. They, Dawn especially, really makes you feel at home with a hot drink whilst waiting.
I went to get my car resprayed and all they did was delay it, delay it, delay it till I had to get mad and switch on the old blonde receptionist who's excuse was that she "forgot" to book my car in. That right there should have been my warning to run as fast as I could elsewhere ‍because they were meant to be respraying my car which they did, and left it drying nearby another car that they were also respraying causing droplets of the respray to the other car which was a totally different colour to my car, to transfer onto my car. When I came to pick up my car it had been raining so I thought it was a bit of mud so I didn't realise what had happened for a few weeks until after I took my car to the car wash and realised the "mud" wasn't washing off. On closer inspection, I realised it wasn't mud at all but flecks of a darkesh gold paint. Then I remembered back to when I came to pick up my car they were in the middle of spraying a dark gold coloured car which I thought at the time was a bit too close to my car at the time. And now it all made sense why they were all so nervous looking when I came to pick up my car. EVERY SINGLE one of them in there knew EXACTLY what had happened, but had hoped that I wouldn't, and that i would drive off, so that once I left the premises with my car, they could then deny all knowledge and responsibility. Which is exactly what happened. They had my car almost a week longer than they told me it would take so till I had to get mad on them and say that if the work wasn't started by tomorrow, I'm collecting my car and taking it elsewhere. They were behind in their work due to "staff absenses" as they claimed, but rather than let customers know this before booking their car in, thus allowing customers to make the decision for themselves to either go elsewhere if they knew it would take so long or stay and wait, they clung onto the customers cars by lying about how long it would take to respray because they didn't want to lose out on money. That is the reason I think they didn't respray my car after they splashed it because then it would have been another few days to respray again and then leave to dry, making it an almost 2 week wait for a 2-3 day job and I had already been onto the phone to them cussing about their service and how they told me my car would be completed days ago! so to save face, money, and themselves from another cussing but MOST importantly to them save THEMSELVES money, they just gave me my car back knowing it had flecks of paint on it from another car. The paint was even on the wheel arch and rim, a totally different colour to my car. So if you want a dishonest service and paint flecks of another colour transfered onto your car from another car that they are also respraying, then this is your garage. Make sure you throughly check all around the car if you do still decide to go to this garage, for ANYTHING wrong that they might have done and hidden from you because once you leave with your car they will deny all responsibility. One thing I can not take is a lying, crooked garage or one who lies by omission.
I had some damages on my driver side door and wing, I thought I would never get a good quote or get someone professional to do the job properly. All I had to do was get a new door and wing and they did the rest. The work was perfect and done to perfection. There was not one thing I could say I wasn’t happy about. The paint and body work absolutely immaculate!. The price was great and they finished within a good time so I could get back on the road. Thank you again guys.!!
I took my car here due to taking advice from an incompetent individual to find out that I need to change my solid mass flywheel which cost me nearly 800. I still doubt whether they really needed to change the whole lot which meant a kit that comes with clutch, wishbone, flywheel etc. The jobs took 3 weeks as they kept making mistakes and ordering wrong parts so they say but I think they were practising on my car and it shouldn't have taken them 3 weeks. When I picked my car I realised they haven't put the battery carpet back on and even worse Months later I found out when changing cam belt that they have not tightened the air filter screws properly the air filter rubbers were missing and the bottom engine cover was missing 3 screws plus cracking my top engine cover which I had failed to notice immediately as I'm not a mechanic. So be very wary and careful people when going to DJ motors. Not a pleasant experience at all.
I had bery bad experience with this garage took my car for repair when we didnt agreed with the quote they forced me to pay for part as well the excuse was its non refundable office staff is very unprofessional except their mechanics i would never using this garage again not recommending this to anyone please save your money and time by not going here
Best workshop in England. Very reasonable price charged. My car's fuel injectors, fuel pump and e.c.u became faulty as I used wrong fuel. The staff members were very friendly and humble. Especially the owner of the garage Mr Joginder Singh Sidhu is a very intelligent and skilled. The person who diagnosed my car, Paul Bills explained me each and every fault in my car in detail which helped me lot. My car was repaired in 2 days and delivered at my home. Looking forward to take my car to the garage for service. Loved the Service.
My ford focus was involved in a accident, I took it here and I have to say the job I have had done is fantastic,everybody there was very polite and couldn't do enough for me the price was brilliant too, I was even supplied a coutsey car which helped me out loads, so a huge thankyou to you all for getting my car back to normalService: Body & Trim
Because of my experience I do believe this garage tries to get as much money out of your pocket as possible.And if they dare to go against me I will show the evidence.I do not recommend it to anyone.If you want to try it you can go ahead and personally experience it!?
Cheap MOTs is as good as it gets. Parts and labour are very expensive, along with poor customer service from the aged indian lady. Shame as if it wasn't for the customer service lady, this place would get a 5 star rating
