I bought a group on voucher for a cut & blow dry, full head of highlights and conditioning treatment at SPY hair and beauty treatment. My highlights were done satisfactorily, however I was not offered a conditioning treatment. My main problem was they butchered my hair, I do not believe that a fully trained stylist could possibly leave someone's hair in this state. I went into the salon with hair nearly down to my shoulder, requesting a small trim, but left with an absolutely ridiculous bob barely covering my ears, it is actually at its shortest in the middle. During the appointment I became very nervous and was hoping that someone more senior may be able to step in however, the girl doing my hair appeared to be the only hairdresser there. I've never before been left crying after coming out of a hairdressers, I'mupset that it will take over 3 moths for it grow any way back to normal. The salon did contact me to apologise and offered to try to fix and give me free highlights next month. However after having such a bad experience in the salon I'll be able to face ever returning there again!

Got my partners hair done at this place when visiting a family member in the Mater. I have to say, whoever did her hair, was a very good job, she loves the colour so thank you!

Staff nice, small and cosy salon not far from the city centre. Hairdressing, cosmetic treatments and tanning bed on offer.
