I am more than happy with their acupuncture and massage services. Although it's a bit hard to communicate as some of them have little English, their knowledge and skills don't need a language. I've literally walked in with pain and walked out WITHOUT. I'm no longer taking the usual anti-inflammatory medicines usually prescribed by my GP as the joints pain just went away! So, it's not a glamorous place indeed, you have to take it more like a health clinic rather than a fancy place to get facial treatments or nails done and they probably should focus on what they're good at instead of offering nails etc. They're also a bit "you have to take 154789 sessions to get better", I guess sometimes it's needed but in my case I just needed one for each pain (feet, hips, back), they force a bit the whole thing so it can be annoying when you just want to leave, reminds me of the street sellers that pull a necklace on you and ask for money, hard to get rid of :D But.... they're amazing!!

Summary: Hostile environment, extensive waiting period, flagrant and aggressive upselling, non-deliverance of service, atrocious customer experience Description: These guys are bona fide con artists. I booked a massage appointment, using a voucher I got as a gift. Upon entering, I was stared at by staff members like I had three heads and barked at to sit at a desk. After waiting patiently for 30min while four members of staff waltzed around aimlessly, I was given a "consultation", where i was asked probing questions about my lifestyle and daily routine, irrelevant to the appointment. I was told, after one staff member took my pulse and looked down my throat, that I had "too much yang" and that the "heat" could be very dangerous. She told me that a massage would not "cure" me; that I needed a course of acupuncture. I was then left waiting for a further 15min sitting at the desk and, finally, after politely reminding staff of my appointment, was shown to a massage room. This was more than 45min after my scheduled appointment time. I lay on the table in my boxers for 15min with no sign of a masseuse, so I got dressed and left. On the way out, I notified the four staff members present at the time (all of whom were sitting idle in the main shop area while I was awaiting my massage) that this was a terrible customer experience and that I would give them bad reviews online. The response was “it’s not our fault”. From the time I arrived to the time I left, more than one hour had elapsed and the service was not delivered. I called the centre later that evening to request a refund and, again, was told “It’s not our fault”. The staff member’s rebuttal to my long delay complaint was "We are very busy" and “Many of our customers wait 30 minutes or more, it’s not a big deal” and that they could not refund me, but that they would happily schedule me in for a new appointment! I gave them a final chance to change their tune by reminding them I would give them poor reviews online, and the woman responded “Thank you for your gift” before ending the call. It is shocking that these guys are in business. I hope this can save many potential customers the same headache that I had. If this account sounds dramatic or exaggerated, book an appointment and see for yourself.

Very inexperienced at acrylic nails they hadn't a clue and made a mess of them the shape and width was too wide and thick and took two hour's.Staff nice but wouldn't bother going back. Only stayed because I got a groupon deal by PayPal.But was a waste of money as had to get them fixed elsewhere.

I've recently had acupuncture and cupping massage done at Nature and Harmony. And I can't recommend it enough to people. If your in any pain or just want to relax and get a massage Nature and Harmony is the place to go to.

I booked waxing for ful legs and brazilian. It was massacre! It was like they have never EVER done it before and I canceled brazilian immidiately. Horible. Now I have hematoma on my thigh. I don't know are they better with other things they offer but waxing, my God DON'T do it!
