absolute shambles of a business. rang 2 days ago for an appointment. all they had was 1 o clock Thursday. I took it and got the time off work to go. I get there at 1 o clock and a lady opens the door and says "what are you doing here?" I tell her I'm booked in for 1 o clock. she tells me ''no''. then she takes out the appointment book and says 'no you're not booked in'. and there's my name at 1 o clock Thursday and I point it out to her. so she goes into another room and let's another person know. they have a screaming match and I can hear everything they're saying telling her to tell me to 'f*ck off' and making up lies to get me away. I wouldn't mind if they admitted the mistake and tried to rebook l, but no I felt like a pest in their way and they couldn't wait to get rid. they made me feel so small when I did absolutely nothing wrong. shame on you. I heard they do great treatments but the way you made me out to be stupid and hide my booking from the book covering it with your hand. absolutely disgraceful
