Totally unreliable. I've booked a number of taxis with s express and have had some good experiences. However, way to often they cancel last minute, drivers are late or don't show up. Typically just adds more stress to a journey. I can also add that the controller lady is very rude.

Terrible Avoid Avoid Avoid! Driver turned up 30 mins late for an airport pickup then asked us to meet her outside at arrivals drop off in the pouring rain. Needless to say got absolutely soaked and was then charged full rate for the pleasure.  Called the office to complain and the woman couldn't give a toss.

I've used this service a quite few times  They're cheap and reliable although some time run maximum ten minutes late

they could not send the car origonally ordered and sent a replacement car- half hour late which could only fit 4 people when booked for 5. when i rang to ask how to resolve this instead of apologizing and finding a solution - they said it was my fault. i will never use them again!

Do not use. My car arrived an hour and a half late to pick me up from the airport. The office hung up on me twice when I tried to find out what was going on or kept me on hold. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They blamed it on traffic but there was no traffic on the roads. Totally unacceptable.
