Beware of this company. I booked last Dec 2022. The journey is 2hrs and the operator told me he will book the best comfy car for me if I book since It’s a long journey. The driver was late though this didnt bother me much but THE CAR WAS OLD, MESSY AND SMELLS REALLY AWFUL. Giving two stars because the driver was really friendly and nice.
Pre booked a taxi for the airport 3 days prior to required. Booked for 9am pick up. 9.05 no taxi, I called and was told driver was stuck in traffic and would be another 15mins. 9.20am still no taxi, called again told another 5-15mins. No apology or urgency from controller. I cancelled and went with Uber. Never trust this company if you are on a time schedule. Totally unacceptable service.
Really professional operators. The cars are really clean and the drivers are polite. Would really recommend booking journeys with Diamond Carz
Very poor service, arrived at station at 10.30pm in Hendon to find taxi had been cancelled via email. Spoke to controller who confirmed our 7.30 am next day still booked. Woke to an email at 6 30 to say cancelled. Very stressful time getting to our Eurostar train. Not a great start to our holiday

I've used this taxi service several times and I have to admit the last 2 times was not great. I used it last week to get from Hendon to London Paddinngton train station and was charged £25 for it. Last week the driver thought it was "ok" to park his car in my neighbour's car park spot, they of course complained to me about it as they didn't know why the driver thought it was ok, the car parking spots on my street is NUMBERED for the houses rthey are meant for. Then today I booked a return from Paddington Train station and back to my house and was charged an extra £1. Not only that, the office decided to claim I booked the car to pick me up from some random place in Paddington when I told them several times PADDINGTON TRAIN STATION and was charged £26. The driver not only do not take card payments and had to drop me off at a post office to get cash out. Now the Post office was BUSY so I had to wait about 5-6 minutes before I was served to get cash out, whilst waiting in the queue at the Post office, the driver started ringing me several times and started harrassing and bullying me for BEING SLOW, and that he had to charge me extra. Sorry you already charged me an extra £1 to pick me up from Paddington Train station. Last week it was £25 this week it was £26 for the EXACT SAME JOURNEY. Sorry I asked to be picked up at 3.15pm from Paddington Train Station, not some random place you decided to go to
Do not use his services !!!! He felt asleep while driving could have killed someone!!!!!! Horrible driver didn't even apologize and took £20 extra than what he should have. Was arguing with me over the phone and didn't provide what was promised,didn't leave until he got what he wanted. Rude and unprofessional.
Rude operator, tried to double the fare because it was raining. Scammers with engines, avoid this company!!
The customer service was on point. The controller who booked my job was really polite. I would like to say thank you to driver 23 he was really professional and his vehicle was really clean. Was the first time I used these guys and the outcome was really good, WILL BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN. Keep the great customer service up!!!
