Genuine Italian Restaurant in the heart of Stockwell.
Rustico became the moment Antonino Guzzo, the main chef, decided he was done working in places where Italian recipes were poorly treated. An excellent chance to change all that came when he was given an opportunity by Elisabeth Berhane, to open up an activity around Clapham Road. After contacting Helvi Laine, an ex-colleague of Antonino, as well as the Interior Designer, a meeting of brainstorming was set. An identity was given. A name was born. A team was built. So the previously known 'Bagel Spot' in the heart of Stockwell, is now home of a cluster of nationalities with one shared passion: FOOD. More specifically, Italian food. So if you want to join the little Rustico family enjoy the mediterranean way of eating together, you are more than welcome. We have reasonable prices and a cosy, friendly environment. You will get hooked on our delicious Arancini & you will dream about our pizzas - It's a promise.
