One of the best pepperoni pizza I've had. It had been several years since I've enjoyed pepperoni on a pie, the quality of product used here was top notch. The artichokes were just OK, not bad, but not great either. The Buffalo mozzarella was excellent.
Afternoon coffee today. The place is welcoming. Tends to get busy on jazz nights. For cocktails. Prominently Italian beers, pizzas and even panettone. I did like the decor, the spotless clean toilets. Will come back for a pizza sometime. The smell is delicious
I love the brunch here so much. The roast Peppers breakfast pizza.... omg.Food: 5/5
My friend and I had an alfresco dinner over a good long catchup. The Agile Rabbit were properly prepared for social distancing with codes on the table to order food and drinks and the tables were suitably separated. The staff were attentive and very friendly and they all were masked which made us very comfortable. Agile Rabbit is literally opposite Herne Hill train station along a short parade of shops. The area has a lovely village feeling to it. Th food didnt take too long to arrive. I order their white truffle burger with french fries and a cocoa cola and my friend had a lasagne with Italian lemonade. My truffle burger was posh with a lovely cut of continental cheese. The beef pattie was juicy and cooked well with the truffle oil carefully balanced. The French fries were surprisingly crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, considering they were skinny french fries my connoisseur chips/foodie friend would have approved. My friend really enjoyed he lasagnesaying it was well cooked and the portion was just right for her. This is the first time I've been to the Agile Rabbit and it probably won't be the last. Highly recommended!
Stopped here for a takeaway oat flat white which they charged me £3 for but clearly don't know how to make. This was an unappetising milky coffee in a large cup and left me disappointed. They shouldn't accept orders for drinks they can't make.
I was excited to try the food at the Herne Hill Agile Rabbit as the area is adorable, sadly we were very let down by the food. The foccacia sandwich was more like a pizza dough roll and not as light as a foccacia should be. The cheese was dry and the salami was tasteless. We then opted to try some arancini in hope it would save the meal, it didn't. Perhaps my mistake, but I didn't expect to find pasta inside the carbonara arancini, but rather bacon and cheese with rice as usual. Instead it was overcooked pasta with three pieces of bacon. Sorry Agile Rabbit, you looked promising but disappointed us.
This place has some of the best pizza I've had in my life. Was really not expecting that - just went in for a drink and decided to have a pizza - incredible! The one I had was the nduja. The people who work there are super nice too and it has a really nice vibe at the moment with the hot weather and large open windows and outdoor seating too
Was there this weekend and they had staffing issues with so many people outside. However Augusto saved our day and tried to provide the best service! The man is a proper client focus barman! Nice restaurant and keep Augusto!
Had a great early morning coffee and croissant here today. Was very relaxing in the sunshine and both coffee and bun were delicious
Wonderful atmosphere on Saturday night with a live Jazz band playing relaxing versions of popular classics. Pizzas are obviously great but I went for the fillet steak which at £23 is incredible value given the cut / quality and it being served on a hot stone at your table which allows you to cook it to your liking. Will be back.
