Been here a few times and it's a good place for parties and groups to meet. Good cafe upstairs for parents to sit and watch, with decent menu. Kids always seem to have a great time and need to watch a safety video to ensure they play safely. We booked ahead for a certain slot to guarantee entry but you can turn up and pay.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Took my 3 year old to the toddler takeover - highly recommended. Easy check in and instructions then about 50 odd children and parents there for the hour. Free code locked lockers for belongings - loads of staff monitoring all areas and really clean and well maintained. The cafe area has great coffee loads of food and drink for kids and even some GF stuff for me! Glowing I know, but I arrived with my kids trike and rather than seeing it as a hindrance they couldn't be nicer about leaving it in reception- only disappointing thing is that toddler takeover isn't on weekends too.
I was served by a lovely young lady who was super helpful, I think her name was Eva or Ava, she was fantastic and a real credit to the company. The only issue I had was by being totally misinformed, by another member of staff, regarding the waiting time for food. I was told 10-15 minutes for the specific items that I wanted for our party. It my my youngest Sons forth Birthday and I had paid for 9 children to use the toddler court and 4 to use the main space. I then purchased a further 13 meals. It eventually took almost an hour for us to recieve our meals, by that time the children were agitated to say the least. I will say that the duty manager Nadine was super helpful and very understanding.
5 star friendly staff which were welcoming and helpfull. Good availability of parking. Food reasonably priced and good quality. Its a good way to try and tire the kids out. Would recommend 100 per cent.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
Would recommend Rush After Dark, especially for value for money, £19.50 for 2 hours, plus they turn the lights off and it’s a bit like a mini disco. Drinks aren’t too expensive, ice latte £3.50, which is about average I think. Staff all really good. Only gripe I had, was we had to buy Rush Socks, when my kids were wearing identical socks but from another venue; same grips and design just a different colour and name. Plenty of free parking as well
We received an excellent entertainment for my son's birthday. The staff was great in the play area, and we highly appreciated the host's, Sofie's, help. She is very kind and helpful, and she was carefully listening to the customer's needs. The pizza was amazing, and the birthday guests loved it! The play area is nice, clean and safe for kids. There are a lot of trampolines, and there is also a unique play area, called Valo Motion, which is a mixed reality playground. This is the first time in the UK at Rush Birmingham.
Great venue to meet up with friends and spend some energy - lots of games to play around the main trampoline area with a top rated VR game this summer! Dislike the football area as it draws the lads away from the main attraction!!! Otherwise everything was perfect and staff were friendly and accommodating - I'd accidentally paid online for a child who I had a voucher for and the staff on reception kindly refunded me the money on the spot!
Really good, plenty to do all supervised. Very clean compared to other places i have been. My son had a little accident and staff were very attentive. Despite it being half term the venue was very well controlled, not too crowded. Overall i would recommend a visit here for a couple of hours of fun.
Writing this from the perspective of an adult who went to a sunset session, it was fun but felt the session was falsely advertised as it was said to be a lights down + UV lights event, it was actually brightly lit and you could see no UV illumination even on bright clothes. That's reasonable as it's safer for children but disappointing for older visitors. Felt a bit over priced given we brought socks and one pair had multiple tears by the end. Staff were lovely, they were very nice. I'm sure this is a great day out for little kids, which obviously is the target audience, so I'd recommend it to parents.
We all had a great time playing on the trampolines and doing different activities, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Amazing tumble track, foam pits of various sizes, dodgeball trampolines, trapeze, and much more myself and my son have been to many trampoline parks in the Midlands and this is definitely our favorite! There’s a cafe upstairs with a seating area for drinks, refreshments and food. Good place for a rainy family day out and easy way of burning an extra energy. Staff were readily available and in full sight at all times. Overall we had a great experience and will be back. Highly recommend!
