The running horse and hungry horse are joint. There is loads of parking out the front and sides. There may be wheelchair access, but I didn't see it as we hicked buggies up the front steps. They have quite an extensive menu, and you can even create your own combo, good kids menu too. We were a very large group with a mix of adults to babies, and they accommodated us very well. The food was hot and tasty, and they done brilliantly to get 16 plates of food out at the same time with no mistakes. Well worth a visit and very reasonable priced.
Walking in we were welcomed into a large clean and well kept dining area. There was a large and varied menu with a lot of options for Vegans and vegetarians. You can order through the app or or at the bar. When the food came unfortunately my Veggie Kattsu pieces were Iver cooked and dry. But I asked a member of staff for a replacement with they did with no trouble. Was a nice meal afterwards but didn't need double carbs with chips and rice. Had the Vegan apple crumble for dessert which was delicious.
Decent drinks that are reasonably priced. Live rock music, beautiful place, a bit aged though some seats are taped. They told us the kitchen was closed for orders even though it was just before 9pm. We got a pudding. James M was our server and he made us a very nice pudding. My wife and I had a good time
Thank you for the excellent food ordering and table service. We had really good value for money food and drinks. Perfect to celebrate Mother’s Day and use the play ground for the children to play outside in a safe space.
As a large group, passing on our way through from Lapland we had a great meal out. Food was good, service was fast and staff were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and portions were generous too. Would always recommend.
We had a great time at the Running Horse. Staff are very friendly and chatty and the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. The sinks in the toilets need some attention as the taps spray everywhere but that is the only downside to this establishment. Will defo go again very soon!!!!
Visited on Wednesday evening and we were really disappointed unfortunately. The food was not enjoyable in the slightest and it looked as if it’d be thrown together last minute. There was a tiny amount of sauce which made it really dry and the meal wasn’t hot at all. Two of the four meals were also made incorrectly and were missing items. The staff were polite and tried to resolve this the best they could. I appreciate it’s predominantly a pub but we were expecting far more from the food.
This is my favourite go to place in Bracknell to go to for food and friendly atmosphere! The staff are amazing and so polite and the food is superb! My go to meal is the full Monty mixed grill it’s amazing and to finish the ultimate big candymania and that’s for one ; honestly anyone looking to go have a good time weather it’s daytime or evening it’s an amazing place you won’t regret!
Cheap food, large portions but it's good quality!! Staff were all super chatty and helpful! Alps some games to distract the kids while waiting for your food
Food not too bad, service is dependent on what time and what day you visit as it is rarely fully staffed, not so much a restaurant but a pub that does food, if you want a peaceful meal here is not the right place to go as there is constant noise from the public bar which is not separated from the restaurant. Overall cheap enough and food quite adequate but needs a lot to be called a restaurant
