Like all the rest. Want numbers and if you don't give them exactly what they want, when they want it, they are not interested. If you reply and say how high do you want me to jump right there and then, great, of not, they drop you. This is generic to 99% of recruitment agencies.
Rullion left its staff on the MECD project with no way to support themselves through lock down. Decided not to pay furlough and left family's with no income. It was said that there was no work to return to though I am now receiving texts from Kirsty for the same job??. The contractor also stated they wanted me back ASAP. Do not put your working life in the hands of this company. They will not support you in any way shape or form. Phil Riley... I don't know how you can sleep at night. This comment will likely disappear, as did my last.
Worst recruitment agency ever. Anyone reading this comment i Wouldn't bother if you got a call from this company. Terrible service! Was told they would give me a call with feedback still waiting. Some much for always there to help! Natalie and Rebecca Boniface!
Bad experience and I'll never use them again. Pressurise you in to accepting a role which isn't suitable, after you've told them twice after interview, via 2 different members of staff, you're not interested.
Professional, helpful, and didn't make me feel bad for not having any admin experience before walking through the door. If I ever hear anyone say a bad thing about Rullion I will be sure to defend them.
Called me in regards to a role, Advised them had some time booked off and because of the dates they said I'm unsure the client would want this as its in the description of no time off in this month advised me they would contact the company and advise me what they said not heard a thing back
You go for an interview for them not to respond after the interview to say whether you have been successful or not. Unprofessional agency.NegativeResponsiveness
