Absolutely horrible temp service. I took a 1 day assignment about 3 months ago and still didn't get paid. They told me they cannot pay me without the NIN which is not true, by law you can reach in the NIN later I told them I applied and it will take time to get it... They didn't care.. I kept asking for my money but they were just rude and trust me I didn't hold back either... About a month ago I finally could retrieve my number and gave it to them. I still didn't get paid. I just called and the manager called Emma is a total **** and still refused... And said she forwards this to the complaint department then hung up on me. I hope she gets fired honestly. She is rude and she will not listen to anything but talk over you. I had other jobs too and I never had any issues with anyone. They have no right holding your payment. Don't use this agency, there are many others who are respectful and pay right away and on time. I'm never gonna use manpower in the UK again USA is better Correctly if I'm wrong but unpaid work is slavery,as I did not sign up as a volunteer #slaveryisillegal
Laura O'Brien has supported me along the way she is extremely helpful and very caring, there is alot of things I can put down but having someone who is considerate especially working for an agency really goes a long way! Would highly recommend everyone to get in touch as she does what she says! Cannot thank her more than enough especially in these difficult times everyone is facing... Zaid.
Another useless Agency advertising work that isn't available and then stringing me along and wasting my time for weeks.. One to Avoid!
Avoid working for this agency! Otherwise you’ll end up not getting paid in time, having unauthorized deductions, negligence from the members and HR staff and many more unfortunate events. After reporting and making an official complaint based on unauthorized deduction and other details that caused me financial issues, the HR team were not able to provide me with Any investigation report to support their statement but they confirmed an investigation was made. Totally unprofessional! An agency to avoid at all costs!!
Avoid this agency, having done work for them I was not paid for the work I had done and the person who was dealing with me while with manpower ignored all calls and messages. I was then contacted by another member of manpower to go back to work where I had worked previously, safe to say I said no, no chance of doing even more work for them if I'm not getting paid. Worst agency out there.
