All my four dogs love to visit this vets on my most recent visit I was greeted by receptionist and informed about current waiting times. The vet had a good rapport with my dog and gave her a thorough examination. I had several questions about a future procedure and all my options were discussed and explained by the vet as well as a rough estimate of cost. I was please with the whole visit and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
Brilliant team, always happy to help and give great advice. My dog loves going to the vets as she gets a fuss off everyone. The staff always seem happy and the care my dogs have had over the years has been exceptional
I have used Rufford Vets, for over 40 years. The service and caring my pets have received have always been excellent. This latest visit was just a general health for my new dog of just 2 weeks. She is a 6 month old, smooth coat Border Collie. That I rescued from a family that could no longer cope. Excellent service again.
My cat had been attacked by another cat and I was seen the same day at the end of the surgery. The staff and vet were professional, patient and kind. I have been using this vets practice for 20 years with our other cat and dog. Always excellent service.
Thank you to Rufford for the wonderful service provided for my boys whilst they were all under your care. Lovely vets and lovely staff. Outstanding service provided for all my cats with the utmost care. Sarah is such a good vet and couldn’t do enough for my boys. Just a brilliant practice. Great team of Vets and Staff. Really helpful and kind. 1st class service. Our 2 Labs Bill and Ted love coming here and are always bouncing through the doors , with wagging tails and excited to see everyone.
I have had to visit the practice on many occasions and the vets, nurses and counter staff couldn't be more helpful. The surgery is clean and tidy and a pleasure to attend. The vets are understanding and take time to answer questions to enable understanding.
The vets have been very kind & caring with my guinea pigs, reception staff are always so lovely, I think they have a good understanding that these little critters are fragile & can go downhill quickly, as have kindly squeezed my pigs in for emergencies multiple times without me having to even ask; they squeezed in pigs for abscess & diarreah as they just understood this was very serious for guinea pigs. One of my pigs also had a lot of complications after his operation and Rufford vets had to see him a bout 9 times post-op and didn't charge me a single time which I was so pleasantly surprised by! I am very grateful for all their help and hard work, I hope to stay with them as long as possible.
The Rufford group of practices are professional, approachable and very friendly to both me and my dogs. Been a client for about five or six years after my local practice was taken over and started to "sell" to me. I don't want to be sold too I want my dogs looked after, something that the team at Rufford do to a very high standard. Can't praise the care and attention that everyone gives. Keep up your excellent standards.
I have been bringing My Dalmatians here for almost 20 years. I have found vets/receptionists to be courteous knowledgeable and compassionate when needed. I would definitely recommend them. Whenever I have had an emergency they have made certain I have appointment almost within the hour and reassured Me and My Dog.
