Delivered 26/6/22 First time trying without reading reviews but here is mine the pizza dough was not freshly made it was out of a packet! The curry sauce very watery and bland the spicy onions not spicy not fresh and huge the large Donner kebab had 7 bits or lengths of kebab meat it was full of salad and sauce. Not worth the money don't think I'll be back. Just eat need to inform people about the rat infestation! Just eat passed this place on 15/3/22 but apparently dead rats found 24/5/22

Absolutely awful ordered by complete mistake as our local Indians is called “Ruby Murray’s “ & my partner just seen the rubys and ordered thinking it was from there immediately knew this was not our usual takeaway once opened the food  was awful ordered a mild chicken tikka masala curry and the sauce was far from mild was nipping the lips of me wasn’t even edible !! The chips & cheese was solid as if they had been laying out for days !! And they also forgot our kebab meat & chips and when called they said there was nothing they can do and won’t send out the forgotten food after paying for it !! Never again will we make this mistake absolutely awful over £20 wasted!!!

Ordered at 17:15 it came 2 hours later with things missing phoned back the worker in shop didn’t understand what I was saying , 30 mins later i phoned and asked where the rest of the order was told me to phone back in ten mins. Phoned back still didn’t undergo and . It’s now nearly 3 hours and no full correct order.  This must be new owners !! Never bad an experience like this ever in here

Pizza base wasn’t cooked properly was definitely bought it.. not made fresh. Onion rings were soggy had better from fern foods. Not worth the money.

Waiting a hour for kebab and baked potato it got delivered and it was absolutely disgusting and frozen, had to to heat in microwave not a good standard for takeaway, wouldn’t buy again 

Munchy Box 12 inch was without any source and coleslaw salad and no onion in the Box. Chicken was dry and tasteless, chips without any salt, mushroom dry and again no taste.   Chicken kebab was ok. Very disappointed comparing to same set few months before. Also price go up over 50% from around 10 pounds to over 15 for Munchy Box.

Fantastic Customer Service. Taste is Always 10/10. Owner and staff is Extremely Friendly. Fresh Food And Quality 10/10.  Vegetarian options: You Have to Ask for it.

The majority of food from rubys is worth a try as they are all flavoursome and tasty. The one beef food pun I would have, is their largest pizza base just doesn't hit the right experiance you would for a pizza. I would still hit them up for a great donner and chips any time im in the area and hungry.

This place has been filthy for a long time hence why it’s been closed down, gcc discovered rats living in the premises. Wouldn’t be surprised if many people have suffered food poisoning. Stay away
