I spent at least an hour in the Bishop's Stortford Ruby Room recently. The girls could not have been more friendly or helpful. They spent ages helping my daughter choose an outfit, ringing round to find alternative sizes. A lovely shopping experience, great range of clothes at really good prices and some lovely gifts and accessories from an independent retailer - thank you!
Went into the saffron Walden branch last Friday. A lady came up to me eating with her mouth full asking if I needed help. Pretty gross. Found a top I liked it had dirty marks down the front so I asked if they had another. They didn’t, so she looked at me like ‘what do you want to do Now?’ Then got a packet of baby wipes and started wiping it down... there was another women stood behind her at the till point arms, folded looking at me like it was my fault I had put the marks on the top. And saying to me well if you wash it they will come out... I know that, but I’m not paying full price for a soiled top?? They didn’t offer me any discount so I didn’t purchased the top. Luckily I found the same top CLEAN for £10 less. In another shop where staff do not ask if you need help with their mouths full of food. Second time I’ve had problems with the shop. Won’t bother going back overpriced, looks a mess and customer service is terrible. Don’t bother go elsewhere.
Super helpful staff. Always find great presents for my wife and daughters. They are very personable and always want to help! Thank you.
