Spoke with a guy called TomnExcellent servicenHe used his initiative when he heard me say on the phone to my wife, can you send me what I ordered last time. He was quick to say please could you let me know your address and I can search your last ordersnHe then went on to find all my products and the electrician had been very vague but Tom knew what he was talking about and managed to filter through very quicklynI was actually shocked of how efficient he was.nThis guy should be a manager if he already isn’t.

Very impressed with the easy ordering and delivery. A little more expensive that Amazon but the customer service is excellent. So that was worth paying for. Highly recommend.
