Terrible Company with lots of complaints on Trustpilot (wish I'd had checked first).  
Products completely misrepresented online. Had ordered 'white' 'metal' wall lights that had a smooth satin sheen, received CREAM lights that were matt and textured. Company fobbed me off with different excuses, refused to refund my return shipping despite products being misrepresented and hung up on me. Trading Standards confirmed they are in Breach of Contract.
Would not recommend or use this company again; there a many other lighting retailers to choose from online, go elsewhere to another company that values your custom.

Fantastic place to buy quality electrical goods. always try B and Q for a quick price check, then try RS Electrical Supplies at Cradley Heath. They are the same price and the quality of items you get are so much better than the cheap tat at B&Q. Brilliant. 
RS Electrical Supplies always so helpful on the phone, they give the same advice and help if you are buying £20K or £20 worth of orders.
Go there and buy now !

Refused to refund a faulty fan. Rude customer service. Extremely unhappy - buyer beware. £55 down and no fan. Will look to get funds back via PayPal buyer protection. Hassle no one needs. Not surprised to see other unhappy customers on here and trust pilot.
