A very positive experience. Thanks to Neil's kindness and patience I was able to resurrect two old Canon Cameras. I would highly recommend Neil, especially if you are a complete novice like me who knows nothing about cameras. The film rewinder had come off on my Canon A1, Neil had it replaced, fixed and tightened within a matter of seconds. Neil’s lovely and his shop is amazing! Anything film, Polaroid, analogue related i guarantee he has and his expertise is great. Thanks Neil!!
Neil was absolutely brilliant. He fixed the camera problem. He stripped the lens down and cleaned out the fungus. He then threw in a carrying strap and lens cover. He is a really pleasant man, who knows his job well. Thanks again Neil. If you need a used camera, Neil's stock is endless. He has all makes of camera equipment.
Having inherited a 35mm Canon A1 film camera from my Dad, I was devastated when the shutter suddenly stopped working, the camera would no longer wind on and then the film rewinder came loose and fell into the camera body : I thought it was a lost cause, but finding RS Photographic was a stroke of luck. I spoke to Neil who was super helpful and suggested I post it to him to take a look at. Within 3 days the camera was back in my hands and working perfectly. Neil is a fount of all camera knowledge – he went above and beyond and patiently answered my MANY questions! The camera was returned to me in a better condition with missing parts replaced then it was before. Thank you so much. I am really grateful for all your assistance.
I went in today with a VitoB camera with a sticking shutter which was fixed while I waited marvellous service! friendly and very knowledgeable, hundreds of cameras lenses and accessories, well worth travelling to see.

The most helpful camera repair shop around! Neil is a life saver when it came to helping me repair my canon lens! No one could find a solution however Neil did! I had a quote elsewhere for over double the price in comparison to Neil’s! I had no hassle. The customer service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
I went into the store today, I was immediately greeted by Neil and shown around he provided excellent service and gave me great advice on beginning friendly film cameras, he is an absolute gem and I would 100% recommend going if your into vintage cameras, thanks again Neil for the amazing advice can’t wait to test out my new canon f1
Went here this morning to see if my camera could be fixed. The gentleman found the problem straight away and sorted it for us. He didn’t even charge! Very impressive shop too.
