Probably the best main dealer I've ever used! Very fast and efficient service, the car was booked in and worked on within just a couple of days, and the standard of work is all I could ask for with my GR Yaris. Very happy to have been recommended to this garage, and it's worth travelling an extra 40 minutes compared to visiting my local dealer. Highly recommended.

Had my GR Yaris serviced today at RRG Macclesfield and the experience was fantastic from booking the appointment right through to driving away in the car. Nothing was too much trouble and the appointment was booked quickly and efficiently. The service from Lauren, Richard and other staff was brilliant. Fantastic staff and dealership.

Great experience. Only dealer that could fit my Yaris T Sport in at short notice. The host was very attentive and kept me fueled with Hot chocolate and biscuits! The Technicians I spoken too were good lads too. Completely Satisfied

Wow! What a great place, warm and inviting. The service team were exceptional. Honest and transparent with a lovley call the next day confirming everything was OK. I Couldn't fault anything. I was greeted by Kav who happened to be in the showroom, what a asset to any business,very knowledgeable and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble to anyone there, even down to a take away coffee in my own mug. Other dealership should look at this example and try to replicate. Can't wait to use them again. I would highly recommend using RRG. Lauren in the service department is very helpful and friendly. I had a problem with my dash cam which was still under warranty and when another garage local to me couldn't and wouldn't sort the problem I took it to RRG in Macclesfield. Lauren in the service department was excellent from the first phone call and sorted the problem in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and will now be using them to service my car going forward.

I travelled over an hour to get to RRG as Richard and his service team had come highly recommended for their GR expertise and enthusiasm. I wasn't disappointed, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable working from the dealership while my car was serviced. My car went in to service on time, came out on time, I was given a comprehensive explanation of work done and findings and the price I paid was the price I had been quoted. No attempts to sell me replacement parts I didn't need. I've signed up for a 3yr service plan so will be back next year and beyond. Best Service Experience Ever. Car booked in within 24 hours. Other places had 2 weeks wait list. Got offered and kindly accepted two strong double coffees drop-off and pick-up. Short waiting times, lovely people. Great communication about the problem throughout. Sorted in half a day. Car got cleaned inside and outside. Fault was small, no making the problem bigger than it is. Got updated fault advice. And in the end: it was included in the free healthcheck you get with a Toyota. OK, I bought it from there, but that was Service way beyond expectations. I would give six stars, if I could.

5 star experience, amazing from start to end, got my GR Supra worked on and specifically asked for Chris as recommended by others and he carried out the work with an extra repair for free I hadn't asked for, plus an inspection video. Dealership is small/medium size, very friendly staff welcoming customers promptly and nice coffee, clean toilets. The only negative perhaps is the slightly odd location, very small road and tight turn to access their road down a very steep hill approaching a big roundabout so it's a bit stressful; there isn't any parking so you have to leave the car on the road which is not ideal since the road surface is very bad especially for the Supra's low profile tyres and splitter. Highly recommend and will use again.
