Right from the first phone call with James at RRG Toyota Macclesfield we received excellent service and support. It is the first time we have purchased a vehicle from a dealership that was not local to us but any concerns we had about the process were quickly dispelled. We love our car and would not hesitate to use RRG again.
Good service, not pushy at all, answered all my questions. Also happy to communicate by email which made it much easier due to work commitments. Very happy with the new car.
Great Customer Service by all the Team! Particularly we liked the video sent to us ‘walking us around’ the underneath of the car! Everything was waiting for us ie the automatic courtesy car & plenty of reminders including a courtesy call the evening before before the service & MOT date, to ensure we had all our documents ready for the day! Just prior to a driving holiday in France I discovered the water jets were not working on my Corolla. I went to RRG Macclesfield without an appointment around 8.30 explained the issue and that I needed to be on my way by 11.00. Without fuss RRG had identified the issue a mouse had chewed through a hose and fixed it by 10am. This was absolutely excellent customer service, and I was able to enjoy my holiday
On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who assisted me promptly with my query. All pre booked service and repairs were done in the time specified and at a competitive price. Very professional and highly recommended
