Bought a car door for my 10 year old Mitsubishi Colt from them. Sent requests for parts to lots of breakers, half of them didn't get back to me fair enough as didn't have suitable part and those that did quoted double price of this garage. Part arrived as agreed at the workshop that were doing job. Office were polite and reassuring when I had questions. Part was exactly as described and correct for my car. Ordered a used alternator which was described as tested and had a warranty. Other garages wanted part numbers which I didn't have, these folks knew immediately what I needed. Needed a second-hand Audi rear lamp, as new one was extortionate! These guys had one and spent some time reassuring me that it was the exact match! It was, so very happy with the service.... Would recommend 100%

Managed to source a brake booster for my 20-year old Corsa C. The car is a good little town runner but not worth much so didn't want to spend too much and went for the salvage option. Was finding it very hard to get hold of one, even new ones were not being produced any more and cost a fortune so not a viable option. Got it via Breakers Yard who act as middle man/searcher - they were fine too. The process was slick, professional and I was kept informed throughout. Even made a call to them and was impressed with their willingness to chat forgot the lads name and I sealed the deal. It wasn't particularly cheap but a new one was not an option and the buying experience was spot on. Delivery was swift and the item was in good condition for the age. Would have liked to have negotiated the price if only by a few quid to make me feel good lol but happy as larry with the and would use them again.Service: Exhaust

Jokers. This company quoted more for a used part than mercedes charge for the same original brand new part. When I pointed this out they asked me to call and discuss with Karl. When I called to speak to Karl the same day as I received the message I was told Karl was not in today.... so I explained the situation to the person who answered. He said they would not lower their price and didn't have the part available anyway. What a waste of time. Were they planning to buy the part retail and sell it on to me as used with a mark-up? Who knows.... just a complete waste of everyones time.Service: Electrical

Just received a quote of £665-75 for a rear light assembly , A Class Mercedes. Mercedes main agent quote £220 plus v.a.t. for the same part . But they are on back order . I’ll be ringing them later in the hope they may have made a mistake, but reading the reviews I’m not too sure they have . I’m thinking of breaking the car for spares rather than selling it . At these prices I should get about £125,000 for it .

Avoid this company at all costs, used to buy a replacement rear bumper for a Vauxhall Corsa and the experience was terrible. I paid £372 on the 5th August 2022 and ordered the part to be delivered. I then finally got a email to say it was ready for collection on the 19th August my invoice clearly stated to be delivered. It then took 15 days 3rd September to get a response and the email I received was for me to confirm the delivery address, as previously mentioned this was clear on the involve. It then took a further week to get a reply 9th September and that said “apologies for the delay, we will get back with you shortly” followed by another email to say the body shop is closed today but it will be shipped Monday. Monday turned into Thursday and they stated it was being dispatched. I finally received the item on Friday the 16th September 2022 6 weeks after ordering. Then to top it off the bumper I have received isn’t even for my car and doesn't fit, so now I’ve had to get another from a different company that will be delivered Wednesday 21st for a third of the price. Thankfully I used American Express to order so I should be able to get my money back. Utter JokeService: Body & Trim
