This company were brilliant. From the moment i initially called them and spoke to Hannah, till the moment i collected the vehicle, they were excellent. I was quote over 3000 pounds by Land Rover for replacing a defective shock absorber. CSG asked for me to bring the vehicle in so they could ensure it was the front nearside shocker that was faulty, then gave me a quote. I dropped the vehicle off at 09.30, was given a courtesy car, and advised it was ready to collect at 15.30. CSG charged 810 pounds to supply the parts and to do the repair. They had even washed my car !!! excellent service from a very professionally kitted out workshop. Mark and Alex were professional and friendly throughout. i will be going back to CSG with future repairs. Couldn't be happier !!!Service: Steering & suspension repair
Absolutely fantastic service! Anyone who has owned a Range Rover will know how disappointing the after service is at the main dealers. These guys are helpful, knowledgeable and get things sorted. They even provide a temporary vehicle if needed. Excellent. Outstanding service - highly recommend.
Purchased a Ford from Alex at CSG. Great service from the first phone call onwards. The car was out and ready to drive when I got there. Test drive with no pressure sales. After purchase I had an issue which Alex went out his way to fix via Ford main dealer offering to lend me a courtesy car. He even gave me advice on purchasing another vehicle even though I was not buying from him. Very honest and sincere company to deal with. Genuine service not just after money. My car had a bit of scratches...took vehicle to get a quote however the owner just used scratch remover and saved me a few hundred of pounds. I wasn't even charged a penny for that job, this man took time with me explaining in details what needs doing in terms of engine work i will definitely return to him. Excellent customer service, they communicated with us throughout the day diagnosing the problem, getting a part and slick repair and a wonderful car clean both inside and out to finish off. I was having issues with my van and happened to pull outside. The owner mark explained that he was really busy but he could see that I needed my van to run my business. he come out and spent half an hour of his own time and got my van going again. I can understand why he is always busy really good garages are hard to find. And I would definitely recommend this company.
