Careful when trading in a car here they will offer you six grand below book value. And when we went to go pick up the new car, it was dark so the next morning we looked it over and it’s almost like it didn’t even go through recon. and if it did, they did a terrible job. Water stains on all the seats vents still had dust in them, scratches all on the outside vehicle should’ve been buffed when talking to the “manager” dale I asked if we could get a check to get it professionally detailed by people that know what they’re doing. And it’s also an hour drive for us. he said no which I can understand but it’s not right. he said we can go there so they can wash it but they will not buff the scratches out. I didn’t take pictures of the outside, but this is what I have of the interior. and all we did was drive it home. btw that’s not our hair tie
I have purchased several vehicles from Ira Toyota of Manchester and once again had an outstanding experience. I worked with Muamer Durakovic Mo again and he was nothing but phenomenal in his ability to make my purchase smooth, quick, stress free and actually a pleasure. I just purchased a 2022 Highlander last night. My salesman was great and the finance department was great, but their cleaning and detailing department is a disgrace! When we showed up to see this car that was posted on their website, we couldn’t find it on the lot. We were told it’s available, but the GM had been driving it around for a bit. We test drive it and the car smelled of stale cigarettes and was dirty inside. We figured it would be cleaned up properly and wasn’t a big deal. We completed all the paperwork and the car was sent out back to the detail department. It was dark out when we left so at a quick look it seemed better, but the smoke smell was still strong. I get into my new car this morning and I became more and more disgusted as I looked around. It’s still filthy with ashes on the driver side door, dirt, dust, straw wrappers and coffee stains in various spots. Nothing was properly cleaned and someone’s ear buds are still in the front dash tray. Great sales staff, horrible detail crew and disgusting GM that smokes in the cars that he wants to sell! Hard to give a referral to anyone when they lack attention to detail!
I brought my Highlander in because of a sound it was making, naturally, it did not make the sound on the ride-a-long with the tech. He looked over everything and was eventually able to hear the sound i was describing and they were able to fix it right away. I appreciate that they took the time to figure out what was wrong rather than say "I didn't hear it" and send me on my way. My service advisor was also wonderful and so easy to work with. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for service!
Thank you Muamer and Steve for the absolutely exemplary service and customer dedication you showed me and my family yesterday. The process of buying car at Toyota IRA-Manchester was honest and fair without any nonsense things I experienced at other dealerships. Muamer even extended his help for my family by driving us home long after their working hours. An excellent customer service that literally goes above and beyond! Toyota should be very proud of the team!
Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with Ira Toyota of Manchester lately. My family have purchased and serviced cars there since 1996. We have been loyal customers and that is all about to change. They misplaced my wheel lock key and unknowingly I have been on the road without it for months. I decided that I would go elsewhere to purchase tires this year because their prices were outrageous. I made an appointment elsewhere to replace my tires but I was turned away because the key to my tires was missing. When I contacted Toyota to inform them of the missing key, I was told by the service manager to stop by and he would inspect the car to try and find it. I showed up, I was told the manager was in a meeting, and one of the workers checked the car for the key. They then confirmed they key was missing and it would be two days before I could get a new one. After a week of back and forth phone calls and emails with the service manager, they refused to price match the tires even though their department misplaced the wheel lock key resulting me to be at a safety risk on the road without any way to change my tire in case of a flat or any emergency involving tire issues and I am still unable to get new tires elsewhere without a key. Not to mention I waited a month from late November to late December for my tire appointment to make sure I had safe tires for the winter time, and now I am on the road with old tires and no way to change them even if I wanted to. It’s unfortunate how they treat their customers, putting them in uncomfortable situations, and risking their lives because they are more focused on money.
I had to get the car annual inspection done. The inspector passed the car for inspection but listed some work that really needed to be done. He gave me a price which I thought was high. I went to IRA and showed Nick, the Service Advisor, the list. He gave me a quote which I thought was fair and he also gave me a military discount as I am retired Army. I added two things to be done — alignment and mount new rear shocks. Again, he gave a fair quote and all work was accomplished in one day . I am very satisfied and expect I will use IRA in the future ….!!
I bought my 2020 4 Runner two years ago. I had a automatic starter installed in it. A couple of months later it stopped working I brought it back to Toyota of Manchester they had to reconnect the key chain to the truck. So here we are in 2022 and the same thing happen again so I called Toyota of Manchester last week to set up an appointment to have them fix it the woman that I spoke to said that they had to call me back to book an appointment. I thought that didn’t make sense I called back today and I spoke to this wonderful person named Michelle she booked my appointment was very helpful kind knew what she was talking about understood how I was feeling and she did a great job she needs to be recognized for her kindness her knowledge and her sympathy for her clients! Thanks again Michelle
I had an appointment to have my windshield wipers looked at and replaced, if necessary. I asked the tech if it would take long since I live close and he assured me it wouldn't be long. After a little over an hour I inquired about my truck and it hadn't even been taken in. I was directed to the service manager, Matt. He apologized for the wait and said he would look into it. He had the problem resolved within 15 minutes and even waived the labor and fee for the wipers. I was extremely appreciative and very impressed by how Matt provided customer service above and beyond the normal effort 5 stars for Matt.
The service tech Jennifer was really great. She was able to help me out and explain everything needed to keep my truck safe and get me back on the road again. It's nice to feel like I can trust the service department and not try to up sell or over charge me.
